The short version
Timbo helps you manage tasks, lists and habits. You don’t need a name, email or password to get started.
Planner data is stored on your iPhone. When you use the AI assistant, your request and the context needed for a reply are sent for processing.
We do not sell your data. Timbo has no advertising trackers.
What data Timbo needs
Timbo uses your tasks, lists, habits and settings to help you plan. To reply, the assistant may need your request, current tasks and recent messages, as well as your language and time zone.
AI assistant
When you send a message, its text and context are sent over an encrypted connection to Timbo’s server and external AI services to prepare a reply.
These services process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Voice input
Voice input starts when you choose to use it and grant permission. Speech recognition runs on your iPhone or uses Apple’s services, depending on the feature and language.
For AI requests, Timbo receives the recognized text, not a voice recording. You can change permissions in iOS Settings.
Storage and deletion
Tasks, lists, habits and history are stored on your iPhone. AI responses and request processing records are also kept on the server so that retries work correctly.
You can delete tasks, lists and history in the app. For help deleting server data, contact us through feedback before removing the app: removing the app does not delete data on the server.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Timbo develops. The current version’s date is shown at the top of this page.
